Land of about 11,000 square meters with small warehouse. The land is located in the Verrandi hamlet, and offers a wonderful open view. It is mainly composed of olive trees in production (about 80 olive trees) and a part is uncultivated.

On the land there is a small house (warehouse) on two floors of about 12 square meters per floor.

The land is served by electricity and drinking water and an access road.

Verrandi is located in the Roya valley, at approx 8 KM from Ventimiglia.
